Interview
Online app form, telephone interview, assessment centres, IQ test. The app form required several short essay questions and input of university grades. the telephone interview was mostly competency based questions, the assessment centre was group work and presentation.
It was okay but felt a little dehumanising to go through many stages and not see a real person. The assessements took for ever as well. Frustrating but i learnt a lot.
