Simple, well informed throughout the process. Clear feedback, ran on time. Outcome communicated quickly. Nice people - understanding as I had train issues and was almost late. Appeared to be a nice working environment
It was a couple of rounds of interviews with different people across the business and a bring your own code technical interview to walk 2 engineers through. Was all done remotely.
The interview process was handled very adeptly and I felt informed and supported throughout. The tasks and questions were well suited to the role and expectations and there was a good amount of time dedicates to making sure it was a good cultural fit for both parties.

Questions covered topics such as: Prior experience, motivations for the role, approaches to problems, hard skills and soft skills. There was a comprehensive task which asked to see detail on how to carry the role forward.
