They advertise and recruit by using various marketing resources such as Craigslist, Temp agencies, etc. Go in for an interview and you will find with minimal waiting as to what the outcome will be.
Went through staffing agency, the hiring process was very easy and took about a week. The hiring manager was rude and did not really not how to give an interview.
