The interview went very well. So well that I thought I have secured the job.
The interview (team lead) was like, I hope you join us so that I can learn some of this from you.
But they never called for the next stage of the interview.

Interview
Had video call with hiring managers, went well, then had a technical video call with developers which also went really well. I canceled another interview I was about to have since it sounded like I got the job.
The recruiters said they would give feedback regardless, I waited 3 weeks but never got a response either way.
Disappointing since the developers seemed great the recruiters just let them down. I hope the recruiting team sees this and improve or just let the developers manage recruiting.

Interview
HR emailed me for scheduling a phone interview. But he is late for almost 20 min. Then a video interview with director. Talking about background. He gave a take home assignment. I completed in time and submitted. No response for 2+ weeks. I had to email them myself multiple times to get a decline email. Real professional.
