Two round, comprehensive and behavioral, quite unorganized. Seems to be a SME in their approach to interviewing, not at the forefront of industry standards. Behavioral, some situation based questions, a lot on prior experience, value focused questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockton Companies (Overland Park, KS) in Nov 2018
Interview
Phone interview (personable), in person interview (frigid). The interviewers didn't ask anything but a bunch of broad questions. I had all of the experience they were looking for and they said they were wanting to get someone in at the beginning of the year. I didn't get an offer and they still have the job posted 3 months later.
