I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lockton Companies in Dec 2020
Interview
Two interviews with recruiter, one interview with management, one interview with entire team, and final interview with COO. All via Webex. Had to complete several assessments as well.
It was by no means difficult. The interview were conversational and not technical. They are looking for a specific person with specific results on the testing and if they know pretty quickly you are a fit it's an easy process. It took me about 5 months of pushing before I actually received an interview. Went through a current Lockton employee and even that was difficult. Had to find the right person to get me in contact with someone.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Lockton? How do you stay organized? Tell me about yourself. How do you handle a situation when you have made a mistake? Tell me about your resume.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lockton Companies (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Relatively simple interview questions - make sure to do research on the position you're interview for as well as what Lockton does. They're very flexible - make sure to show your enthusiasm about the company.
Was smooth and interviews done in 3 weeks. Met multiple levels of the team and gained a deeper understanding of the role. Interviews were flexible and did not demand you to do anything out of the ordinary.
Multiple interviews but they kept in touch every couple of days. Some were over the phone and the last one was in person. All of them were quick except the last interview which took about one hour.
