I received an invitation for the job interview after a phone call. I was later mailed the venue, date and time for the interview. During the interview, my documents were reviewed and copied. I was later introduced to the work environment and the activities carried out on the site explained before giving me time to ask questions.

Was asked to fill in an application form and bring it back with all the required documents. I did that and was given a start date there and then. No actual interview.
