Loftware interview questions

The interview process began in July and consisted of multiple stages. Throughout the process, I had excellent support from the Talent Acquisition team, who were responsive, helpful, and clear in their communication. There was a good level of transparency around expectations, timelines, and next steps, and I received timely and constructive feedback after each stage. The team was also very flexible and accommodating during the summer holiday period, which made the overall experience smooth and positive.

Standard format process, going through multiple stages. Competency based questions and discussion on previous experience. Process started in July with a screening interview. Even with a weeks holiday thrown in to still be waiting on a final response mid September is comical.
