What a joke. Applied online, next day I get an email to set up a phone interview. On the day of, I had to reschedule due to family emergency. He said we can set it for tomorrow and gave me a few times to choose from. I replied back right away and told him 11 am would work fine. The next day, 11 am comes and goes with no call. Around 12 I get an email saying he just now checked his email and obvisouly missed the appt but would like to reschedule for same time next day. Told him that woukd be fine, next day, NO call yet again. Sent an email asking what happened and he said he was out that day. (Then why set appt for the day you're not going to be in? But ok) Set yet another appointment for 3 pm on the following Monday. 3 pm rolls around and yet again no call. WTF? He hasn't reached out with any kind of explaination. Perhaps he's embarrassed for missing THREE appointments. If it were the other way around they would've tossed my resume in the trash. Don't know how anything gets done with this guy. And I have every email backing up what I'm saying if anyone would like to see them.

There is an initial phone interview with someone in HR. If you move on to the next step, then the interview is with who you will report to. If hired on, then you will be put into a training class.
