Definitely long as there are many steps. After the phone screen, they start you with a questionnaire, which has five questions, but all require longer paragraphs. You'll get an Amazon gift card for completing it whether you proceed after that or not. After that is an in-person interview with the manager and other colleague that's 90 minutes. Third is a team interview, fourth is an additional interview with other employees outside the team, then last is a call with the CEO. Depending on schedules this could take a couple of weeks.
I spoke on the phone with recruiter, and the team seems decent. SREs were given sort of a second-tier role in the infrastructure team however, so it wasn't a good match. Mostly just on-call rotation tasks instead of real SRE work.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Logikcull in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was great! Everyone was super friendly. The process itself is pretty lengthy in general. This makes sense though since the company is looking for the ideal fit for the position. They give a amazon gift card for completing the take home exam which is super nice of them.
