Interview
You submit your application online. It is very helpful if you currently know an employee, but not absolutely necessary. The interviewer is very friendly and is more than willing to help you out during the process. They do ask a lot of personality based questions and how well you do under pressure.
Quick friendly interview, ask many thorough questions that will apply once you start. Came in answered a questionnaire, took a listening test and typing test and a 20 min interview. Correspondence was done via phone.

Interview
They ask you the typical interview questions as in what's your work experience. Then hey ask you how would you deal with a customer in an escalated situation and what would you do if they refuse to listen.
