Interview
You will first have a screening call with the recruiter. I was asked very standard interview questions and it lasted about 30 mins. He was upbeat and answered all my questions. He also gave great feedback. I was then invited for a formal interview in person with the hiring manager. Another really great conversation with questions that pertained to work history and job qualifications. Followed by a tour of the campus. Next steps would be to then meet wit the team you will work with. Overall, great experience. Great feedback. There was some time delay which is standard in most interview processes.

Phone Interview was longer than actual Interview. Company makes you take the wonderlic test before moving on to actual interviews. I was notified that the position had been filled internally, so my actual face to face interview was only 15 minutes.
