Loloi interview questions

The recruiter I interacted with was very kind and professional, making the initial process smooth and welcoming. However, during my interviews with the hiring managers, I felt a lack of engagement and energy. It seemed like they weren’t fully invested in the conversation, which made it challenging to connect or feel confident about the role. I felt like I was overcompensating trying to create a human connection. Also, they asked questions that didn't seem fully relevant to the role. Why do I need to know interior designers? Overall, while the recruiter experience was positive, the interviews themselves left me feeling as if my time wasn’t fully valued.

The interview process was long and drawn out, I had multiple preliminary 5-10 minute phone calls that took weeks to schedule and ultimately went another direction before getting to the first interview.
