The interview process felt straightforward and well organised. It was relaxed but professional, which made it easy to have a natural conversation rather than feeling overly formal. I had the opportunity to talk through my experience and ask questions about the role and the team, and I felt the interviewers were approachable and open throughout. Typical interview questions. The questions asked about previous roles and what responsibilities I had within them. I was asked how I would react in certain situations. I was also asked about personality questions and has there ever been a clash of personalities etc in previous roles. I feel the most important is being able to talk about previous experience
It was just a chat really formal no interview questions just availability, when I can work how much notice I need to leave my previous job and how much training I will get given
