4 stages, 1 was online reasonability test, second was in person exam, third was role play and fourth was interview. role play was tricky but suppose they were looking for knowledge one would not have unless actually trained by tfl so unfortunate they used this to judge a role play rather than actual customer service skills seeing as that is what the job title entails.
