If you have worked retail before or any hospitality role in the past, you won’t struggle at any stage in my opinion.

Question 1
Scenario Based Interview.
They test how you would respond in certain circumstances.
Very difficult. First an assessment.. English and Maths. Then a role play scenario. Then a formal interview lasting 40 plus minutes. A long process for one day but an enjoyable one.
