Phone interview first. Then in person. They tell you that they will tell you either way if you got the job or not within the next week. Sent a follow up email asking if they’ve hired for the position yet. And nothing.....which tells me people aren’t important to them. Glad I didn’t get the job because I don’t want to work somewhere that treats me like I don’t matter
