The recruiter reached out through Indeed.com to schedule an interview. Early on, it became apparent that the questions were less about assessing candidates and more about gathering ideas to address their internal challenges. I also noticed that notes were only being taken when they seemed to be capturing those ideas. Nevertheless, I conducted the interview professionally. However, I never received any follow-up communication regarding the outcome, which I found extremely unprofessional.
