Sit down interview, then another interview with a GM. It was casual and more like a conversation. Typical interview questions were asked. Lasted maybe 30-45 mins. They asked my future plans, why I wanted to work there, strengths ans weaknesses, situational Qs etc
It was simple to understand and she was nice for the interview but the job wasn’t good. It was quite toxic and bad pay. I was overworked a lot and it was the worst job I’ve had

Interview
We sat at one of the tables and she asked me general questions about myself & why I wanted the job. We chatted for about 30 mins and she went to her office & returned within 5 minutes to offer me the job.

Interview
Applied online and went in for an interview the next day. Interviewed with each manager separately. Both were patient and were mainly concerned with hours I could work and my past experience. However, I still got hired having no experience.
