I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lonza (Portsmouth, NH)
Interview
Submitted resume through their website and received an invitation to the interview about a week later. Arrived with about 10 other applicants to have a group interview. The process was round-robin; that is, I spent about 5 minutes with one interviewer then moved on to the next person. It was kind of like speed dating where you got to know the person then they asked you some standard questions about your work history and experience.

Question 1
What was a time where you had to make a very difficult decision and how did it turn out?
The interview was fairly easy and consisted of 3, 15 minute sections of question with one person, followed by another 15 minute section with someone else, and same process again.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lonza (Portsmouth, NH) in Feb 2024
Interview
Meant to have 3 interviews (1 phone, 1 video, 1 in-person) but I only had the phone and in-person interviews. Very straight forward questions regarding familiarity with the processes and experience with cGMP.

Question 1
What would you do if an associate wasnt following the sop?
Simple and easy, don't be an idiot and honetly just try to connect on a human level and you are more than qualified. They are simply looking toi a highly reliable person to crunch numbers and if you're a numbers person this is a perfect fit for you. Imagine a school lab mixed with lego instructions if you can do that and properly handle very dangerous chemicals in a clean room you'll do fine.
