Phone conversation with Hiring Manager was terrific! 1.5 hours long with a lot of positive insight and solution/Fit conversation.
Thank a meet and greet with several key managers.
Traditional interview style and feedback.
Now today they use Behavior interviewing that is much more thorough focussing on STAR behavior.
