i did a first round interview and that went really good and i didn’t hear back for 6 months. after 6 months i was asked for a second interview and then i got ghosted from HR before the interview

fast process, i was contacted by an hr specialist. There was a written portion to the interview. got my result within 1 week. very professional. the panel was nice. no eye contact with candidate.
