Los Angeles Athletic Club interview questions

The first time I interviewed for the position of supervisor I was called in to meet with the manager. I got there 5 min before my meeting but I waited close to half an hour before seeing anyone. When I did get a chance to talk with the Hiring Manager she seemed a bit Frazzled and asked me just the basics, but what happened after was unprofessional from any standpoint. I received a call two months later asking if I would like to come in for an interview?? They completely forgot they interviewed me. I was already working by this point but decided why not. They told me to come in at 10 I have it written down but again I waited an hour and a half to see someone ( they claimed it was 11am appointment). I proceeded with the interview again it was frantic and all over the place they gave me an application to sign and said they would call me in one week or for me to call them........Nothing. This could possibly be the worst interview process I have ever been to in my life. Please stay away!!

Thorough, upfront and well communicated. I discussed my way of approaching clientele and establishing a rapport, trust and comfortability then selling from that stand point. I'd ask of their favorite dishes, location and what made it special to to them. Then custom an banquet event order that reflects their character, interests and personality.
