Stressfull interview. Three rounds of questions and then an IQ test. Then with other applicants we had to do a situational judgement game. Finally, I was presented with a few trading opportunities I had which trade made the most sense given the information provided by the time. Finally, I had an interview with the two desk managers

Engaging and inspring. Probing. Panel with the entire team involvement. Lengthy detailed. Polite and courteous and friendly. Participative where each team member takes turn asking questions. Seems quite a flat and lean structure.
