Recruiting agency reached out to me via LinkedIn about the role at the beginning of July.
A week later I spoke to the Supply Chain Director, which was more of a conversation about the team, himself, the role, and the company. We spoke for about an hour and I could tell he was really interested in what I had to say. I let my personality and passion for the brand shine through, and he enjoyed that.
A week after met with the hiring manager, Senior Planning Manager, which was more technical but still a good conversation. He was very interested in my thought process, not just that I could fulfill a task. At the end I had to do an excel test, and for anyone who has used excel for at least a year in retail, it isn't that tough. Again, more wanting to see how I thought and which formulas I used.
A week after had an offer.
