with general manager who i had some in common with, no other interviewer since it was a small store with 1 assistant manager and 3 team leads, maybe up to 16 employees altogether

Interview
They hold the interview outside the store so its loud. The interviewer is very aggressive to see your personality under pressure. not a very traditional form of interviewing but engaging.
