I first spoke with the owner briefly on the phone and we set up a 1:1 interview in an office. The next interview was with the owners husband who came off kind of cold at first but is actually very nice. They both asked very textbook personality questions along with some questions related to experience. If you have ever had a job interview before you will do great. They are more concerned with your appearance and personality so dress very nice and smile. They have a sense of humor so a joke or two is safe, and probably a plus. They want to see how you would act around their customers.
