Video application describing experience and reasons for wanting to work there. This is done in conjunction with submitting an application and they review it before they reach out for an interview. I am waiting on a response to see if I am being considered.
About 24 candidates showed up for the group interview and we were cramped into the tiny store. They asked us to get into groups and then introduce one of the other members. They then made us collect some items for a certain event. No actual interview questions were asked so you have to have a big personality to stand out. Overall strange experience

Group interview in store with about 15 others. At 8am on a Friday. Have to dress in their style - no trainers, or jeans. Was an easy interview but I declined the job
