Good interviewers and communication. Very upfront with process. Combination of skype and in person. Follow up visit after offer - recruiters were great and helpful. Seemed genuinely interests in hiring good talent

The interview process was a panel interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. All questions are situational questions and they are looking to see if you know what you are talking about and how you handled the situation. If they need additional information, they will ask follow up questions
