Interview 1:1 first, aprx. half hour, with HR rep, called back next day for shorter meeting with ASM, then briefly with store manager, who informed of hiring. Everyone in these categories is mid-thirties, very professional, very nice and polite. They seem to be great people, making a sincere effort to do their jobs well, for probably minimal compensation. The drug test was administrated in-house. Almost all of the questions in the process consist of "tell me of a time when you found yourself in 'this' situation, and how did you deal with it?" Employees, in general, are pleasant, down-to-earth, people working very hard for minimal compensation and -unless full time - minimal benefits. Advise to dress in business attire for the interview process, even though the working dress code is on the casual side. Smile a lot and be friendly.
