there is a pre screen then an in person interview that is based on situational thinking. then an in person interview at the store. you can either interview with the hrm and the store manager or just the arm
I applied online, I got a call within the next few days to schedule an interview. On the day of the interview, I went to the store and interviewed with the HR Manager and Store Manager. The interview itself was several basic questions (about availability, etc), and a few questions asking to provide a situation I've been in that demonstrates my capabilities.
