Interview
The interview process is very typical of retail interviews. The preliminary interview is a telephone screening call with common interview questions. If you pass the prescreen, you then move forward to one-on-one interviews which include behavioural interview questions.

Describe a difficult customer service situation. How did you handle it? What was the outcome?
Took long time to receive phone call even after being offered the position. Not organized and could tell that the employees did not like the management. Would not waste time here.

Interview
Usually two person interview with Store Manager and HR. You will be asked 7-10 questions on how you would handle generalized situations. Answer the questions as if you are in the position and relate with answers that go along with core values of Lowe's Home Improvement.

Two interviews... One with hr one with store manager. Situational questions. Talk about yourself alot. Sell yourself. Its all about the customer.Its an easy interview if you can think fast on your feet.
