I applied online and completed an online assessment. Then I had two interviews. One was with the human resources manager and the other was with an assistant manager and the department manager in the area I was applying for. Both of the interviews were not difficult. The process took about 3 weeks and the interview questions were standardized by Lowe's. I was offered a position after my second interviews.
