Interview
Spoke to the District Manager and local store manager about my qualifications. After viewing my resume, the District Manager asked me to complete an online app. and come in for a series of tests as I was applying for a management position. The employment pretest is used to weed out candidates that do not fit their management profile. Apparently, I was one of those candidates. With my background in sales and management, I thought that I would be a shoe-in for this position. I was encouraged by the management staff to re apply in six months.
