Applied a week prior received an e-mail 3 days later for an interview. The interviewing manager was very friendly. Went over my resume. It was fairly simple interview. Asked about my previous work experience and how they tie into this role.
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.

Interview
I waited longer for the interview than the interview lasted, whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. They asked a few standard customer service type questions, like how you dealt with a difficult customer. They did not even want my resume.
