go in and answer simple questions, they'll hire anybody that can speak a little bit of English they once hired a mentally unstable man who would disappear for hours. TBH i spent hours at subway messing around
So easy that you just need to be a normal person to get hired, they really just look for someone who can help out every customer and who can do a little bit of manual labor. you should be hired asap

The company has a very easy interview process and after a simple interview they offer a position almost right away. There is only one in person interview and usually a call back within a few days

Describe a time you went above and beyond to help a customer.
Laid back, personality oriented questions and general questions about how you would act in situations. Also questions about experience and why you want the job. One on one with HR, maybe a manager.
