Interview
First step is an Application/Resume.
Second is a series of tests/screenings on a computer to see how well you deal with customer, issues and relationships.
Final was an interview with the GM of the store.

Interview
Very unorganized, knew who was interviewing for the same job. Managers asked questions from a sheet and wrote in my answers. Very basic process. If they feel like you aren't elaborating enough, they'll give specifics to the questions.
