9 questions about handling customer service issues as well as training/development. Looking for specific examples and want to see how you handle certain types of customer interaction. Usually the interview is done with the Store Manager and HR and they alternate questions. They write as much as possible, so not a whole lot of back and forth. Just answer the questions to the best of your ability.
