After applying online, I was contacted via telephone for an informal chat about the company and to see if I was suitable for the role. Shortly after I was invited to Lowell in Leeds for a formal interview. The process was very professional and I was kept informed throughout.
I was helped throughout the process by Jess Sadler, and was given enough, if not more information needed to attend the interview and any questions I had were met with a response promptly.

Firstly you submit the application, then receive a screener telephone interview before hopefully receiving a face to face formal interview with an interviewer and a note taker. My talent acquisition agent, Jess, was fantastic, went through the screener questions and prepared me really well for the interview and actively took time out to answer all my questions. 10/10 for Jess
