Phone interview with HR and two in person interviews. Questions were asked to get a feel if you fit the culture as well as patent specific questions. It was extensive to make sure you would be a good fit for the firm.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowenstein Sandler (New York, NY)
Interview
Process was very quick, 3 interviews in a week's time. They knew what they wanted and did not waste any time. At the end of the phone screen with HR, I scheduled an in-person interview at the office. Two hours after that interview I was called by HR to set up a third interview over the phone. An hour after the third interview I had an offer. Most questions were to see if I fit the specific demands of the position.

Telephone interview was pleasant and very brief although I felt a bit rushed and was nervous. I only did the telephone interview but the interviewer was very pleasant and when I ask my questions the interviewer gave great and positive answers!
