I interviewed at Lower Colorado River Authority (Austin, TX)
Interview
Friendly employees. Asked questions by the team both behavioral and technical. If the technical question could not be answered then the interviewer explained the basic of it. The interview seemed to focus on behavior rather than super strong technical skills.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lower Colorado River Authority in Jan 2022
Interview
Very basic interviews questions (I.e., tell us a time where you had a disagreement with a co worker and how you handled it, greatest strength/weakness, etc.). Overall a very easy interview process and a great place to work for a more laid back environment compared to private sector work.

Question 1
Tell us a time where you had a disagreement with a co worker and how did you handle it?
Pretty straight forward it was two rounds with multiple different people. The first was board strokes and the second one was a little bit more in depth. The people were all very friendly and many were with the team itself.
