Back in the day the application process was a bit rigorous. You had to take two aptitude test which were from Wonderlic. One was a psychological assessment while the second one was an actual aptitude test to verify your reading and editing skills. It can be a bit intimidating but as a Jesuit publisher they are trying to filter some of the candidates that might not be capable of even taking a test. All in all it was a great process.
