Followed a typical interview process: 30-minute initial HR phone screen, followed by on-site interviews. On-site interview with the hiring manager and the hiring team. Interview questions are mostly behaviour questions.

Very thorough interview process for around 4 hours with a variety of people from finance and accounting related backgrounds. Very general situation questions asked. Was more about learning if relationship would be a good fit.
