Lucanet Principal Angular Developer interview questions

After an initial screening call with a recruiter, I was put forward to the next step, which was a total disaster. I was so upset after this interview and it really knocked my confidence. The format of the interview wasn’t as described, and we didn’t cover anything relating to Angular at all. The interview should have been cut short, as it was evident within a short period that I wasn’t what the company was looking for, instead the interview dragged on for nearly 2.5 hours. I was even tempted to call it sooner and exit the process myself, because it was painful, and it seemed to me that LucaNet didn’t know what they were looking for. In the initial call with the recruiter, they mentioned that they were struggling to hire for this role - and it seems obvious why now. There were 3 people in my interview who jumped in and out of the call, creating inconsistency and a lot of repetition in the questions and answers. My feedback would be for LucaNet to really think about the requirements and what success would look like for the role, and design a suitable interview around it.
