Phone interview with a recruiter. Then a panel interview, 3 people. Good atmosphere. Semi-good location. Tour of the factory. Unique interviewing techniques. Semi-diverse employees, race and gender. Position isn’t like any other at other companies. The questions weren’t hard but If you don’t give the correct answer when the question is answered but answer it in another question, it’s frowned upon. They don’t want you to be yourself in the interview, more of the “perfect person”. There wasn’t any kind of follow-up given. Thank e-mails were sent and a follow-up e-mail, only to be told about 3 weeks later the position was filled internally. BUT the same job was posted online a week afterwards, so the position wasn’t filled at all. If you’re a “strong” candidate, they’ll call you to tell you what you DIDN’T do right and wish you the best. It was odd.
I wouldn’t interview again with them personally, I don’t like being deceived.
