Die Einladung zum Gespräch kam relativ schnell nach Bewerbung. Zeitfenster zu finden ist aber nicht leicht, manchmal wird der Termin nicht gebucht. Feedback dazu kam erst nach dem geplanten Termin, so musste ein neuer gesucht werden. Die HR Person hat weder Kamera während Zoom-Call eingeschaltet, noch entstand der Eindruck, dass die Person sich überhaupt für das Gespräch interessiert. Ich vermute, die Entscheidung stand schon davor fest.

Relatively straightforward and accommodating process. The recruiting teams were responsive and flexible. The job posting had some typos in it . The group presentation part was a good conversation and gave me a chance to show my work.
Recruiter call, hiring manager screening, few interviews with product (product sense and execution), design (collaboration, design) and engineering (Technical) and ended with a behavioral with VP. Everything happened over Zoom. Did not need to go onsite.
