I was contacted for an interview about 2 days after applying (so refreshing!) and scheduled an interview for that week. On the day of my interview I felt welcomed by current employees (some places make you feel like you're intruding) and quickly was greeted by the VP who asked me general questions about my life and some related to the job. It felt low-pressure and conversational. I later learned after accepting the job that that is the general culture of Lull — very open and honest communication. After my first interview I was given a tour of the office and met some of my potential teammates. I was scheduled for a 2nd interview where I met with a teammate, HR, and the President. Finally, for the third interview about a week later I was tasked with presenting my ideas for a given assignment. I was given an offer letter on the spot and met with HR to arrange start date, etc.

I had a phone interview first with HR; then an in-house interview where I met the hiring manager and a few other key people that would work closely with me. After that a casual lunch was scheduled and finally a decision was made to hire me. I felt the interviewing process was handled very well.
