More than 5 people sat down for the interview. It went really well in my opinion and they ask information relating to your application and previous work experience. Overall very good interview process as long as you stay calm and answer any questions they may have for you.
Went great more than 4 people sat in and they were all very nice. I sent in my resume and application. The HR had that present and handed it to everyone.

hiring was very easy. You can pick up an application at any of their branches. Interviews are done at Pembroke main branch. Two people will ask you simple questions.. There is not much else to say. is a very small bank owned by Lumbees but they hire anyone who fits the criteria.
