I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lumen
Interview
The interviews are quite simple. There is a computer literacy test. This test will determine if you have the ability to multitask while using a PC. There is a Q/A with the hiring manager. It is a pretty straight forward interview. There was a portion where I was asked to sell a pen the hiring manager had on his person. It was clear that he was seeing if I could point out benefits and features and pose them as such.

Question 1
The question about pay is always the most awkward. In this position there is no wiggle room for salary. It is a union job so the pay is what it is but, its great for the work you do.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lumen (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2019
Interview
Process was as simple as making sure you don't freak out on the phone lines. I They asked me if I was able to sell, then gave me a fictional product and a few minutes to learn about it, then they "called" me to essentially be "sold to".
