I applied online. A few days later received an email to set up a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter asked me questions about my education and work experience. The phone call lasted about 30 minutes. I received another email asking me to come to the Broomfield office for an in-person interview. I met with the manager I would be reporting to. I was told I would be called by Wednesday the following week to be to whether I had the job or not. I was never contacted.

How would you feel about getting called in the evening from a higher up about a project that had to be done in the morning?
They sent me a hirevue and different reading comprehension games. You had to go between different categories and and answer questions based on that. It was pretty similar to a SAT reading section.

The interview process at Lumen was quick and easy. The recruiter was a dream to work with, very responsive. My process included 3 interviews, and they were clear and communicative about next steps.

Was contacted via LinkedIN a few times for an interview, pressuring me to take one during the work day. I eventually agreed, but once it was time for the interview- no one attended the call nor responded to me after the fact.
